Hideki Motosuwa VS The World

My piece for the “The Line It Is Drawn” challenge of reimagining classic anime/manga as if they were drawn by Western artists.

I was going to make a clever observation about some unexpected similarities I’d noticed between CLAMP’s Chobits and Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim, but then I started noticing so many of them that I had to just lie down for a while.
